TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) — Two teenage boys were arrested Wednesday after causing several hit-and-run crashes in a stolen vehicle, troopers said.
According to the Florida Highway Patrol, Tampa police officers were conducting traffic enforcement on I-275 when a white Kia Soul collided with stopped traffic and fled the scene.
