Georgia – More than $88,000 in Medicaid payments are now at the center of a Fulton County criminal case involving the owner of a Georgia mental health and chemical dependency treatment provider.
Georgia Attorney General Chris Carr said Desmond Maul, 74, of Conyers, has been indicted on 33 charges after authorities alleged Medicaid was billed for services connected to a psychiatrist who had already died.
