Pay up. That’s the message from MTS to Nathan Fletcher-accuser Grecia Figueroa.
The Metropolitan Transit System is seeking to collect more than $775,000 in attorney fees and costs from Figueroa, who was fired by MTS just before she alleged sexual harassment and assault against Fletcher, the former MTS chair.
Court records from October 2025 show attorneys for MTS asked a judge to force Figuera to pay for the agency’s cost of fighting her lawsuit. A hearing on the agency’s demand is set for Friday…
