Plank Undergoes New Competency Evaluation in Deputy Shooting Case

OKLAHOMA CITY – Benjamin Plank is undergoing another psychological evaluation as the federal case against him moves forward four years after the shooting that killed Oklahoma County Sheriff Deputy Sergeant Bobby Swartz.

Plank is currently at the Federal Medical Center in Fort Worth, where doctors will further evaluate whether he is competent to stand trial.
