Two women face charges after a Missouri State Highway Patrol Trooper was struck just after midnight Wednesday.
Erika Guerrero-Chavez, of KCK, is charged with second-degree assault, and Ashton Berry, of KCMO, is charged with second-degree assault and possession of a controlled substance.
