ROCKFORD, Ill (WTVO) — Rockford Police responded to a report of shots fired Wednesday night after residents reported hearing gunfire.
According to police, officers were dispatched to the 700 block of North Winnebago Street around 9:46 p.m. in reference to an argument and shooting.
