Nearly $1 billion Henderson West development agreement could be scrapped after years of delays

HENDERSON (KLAS) — A nearly $1 billion development once envisioned as a “gateway” to a rapidly growing part of the Las Vegas valley could be headed back to the drawing board.

Next week, the Henderson City Council will consider canceling agreements for Henderson West.  The more than 100-acre mixed-use project was planned along St. Rose Parkway near Bermuda Road and the Las Vegas Raiders headquarters.
