Dave’s Hot Chicken is planning a new location at 16333 SE 12th St, Building A, in Vancouver’s Fisher’s Landing area, taking over the space long occupied by a now closed Jack in the Box. The location is owned by JCK Companies, managed by Alex Karcher, according to a source familiar with the plans, though the company itself has not yet issued a formal announcement.
JCK Companies operates a growing portfolio of fast food franchises across Oregon and Southwest Washington, including Carl’s Jr., Human Bean coffee stands and Jersey Mike’s locations. The group signed on to bring Dave’s Hot Chicken to the region under a separate entity, JCK Birdz, marking its fourth franchise brand.
