FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) — Thursday’s Capital Improvement Board (CIB) meeting largely dealt with New Haven’s plan to re-imagine its downtown.
The CIB earmarked $1.7 million to provide a catalytic spark to the project, which would allow the city to begin immediate downtown infrastructure improvements, with an eye towards possible private investments totaling $45-$60 million.
