HORRY COUNTY, SC (WMBF) – State agents have charged a man in a lottery fraud investigation.
The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division said that 36-year-old Antonio Levon Ricardo Stewart is facing three counts of intent to defraud, counterfeit game tickets.
On May 6, Stewart allegedly stole scratch-off tickets from several different stores in Florence County.
