GRAND ISLAND — Chicken Salad Chick is expanding into Nebraska for the first time. Scott and Tisha Miller have signed a seven-restaurant development agreement to introduce the brand’s craveable chicken salad and Southern hospitality to Omaha, Lincoln, and Grand Island.
The Millers’ connection to Chicken Salad Chick started far from Nebraska. During a trip to their getaway condo in Destin, Florida, Scott and Tisha tried the brand for the first time. One visit was enough to convince them they wanted to bring it home.
That instinct was backed by decades of business experience. Scott has spent more than three decades as owner and agent of Miller Farrell Insurance, a career built since 1991, while also working as a real estate agent with Gude.
