KANSAS CITY, Mo. — A Kansas City Police Department officer was involved in a crash while responding to an emergency Thursday afternoon.
A preliminary investigation conducted by KCPD says one of its officers was traveling westbound on 31st Street just after 3:50 p.m. en route to an emergency call when the crash happened.
