Seasoned is elevating its offerings at the old Bo & Vine location.
Since closing their burger joint, Northwest Burgers, last year to branch out their culinary offerings, Garrett and Felicia Kirsch have been hard at work to bring their fine-dining concept, Seasoned, to life. The Kirsches lifted the idea off the ground last year with a partnership operating out of Claim 52 Brewing, where they served a mix of burgers, wings and other pub food for around 200 seats. The brewery also housed Seasoned’s Chef’s Table, a weekly by-reservation event where patrons could enjoy a set menu of curated dishes that rotated bimonthly and has offered everything from Japanese wagyu and dry aged New York steak to potato leek soup and stuffed morels.
It is offerings like these that the Kirsches are excited to continue at their independent location…
