LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) – It’s been eight years since an Air Force veteran was hit and killed on a Louisville roadway, and the driver who hit him hasn’t been found.
Kell Palletti, 32, was riding his bike on Westport Road on Aug. 30, 2018, heading home from work when he was hit and killed.
“He didn’t see it coming,” said Keirth Palletti, Kell’s sister. “He didn’t have time to be scared or hurt.”…
