Pilates Addiction is set to open a new studio in the Vintage Park area this fall. According to public filings, the studio will be located at The Vintage Center, 10300 Louetta Rd.
What Now Houston reached out to co-franchisee Lacey Williams, who co-owns the Louetta Rd. location with her husband, Russ Williams. She confirmed that the studio is targeted to open in late fall, between October and November 2026, pending construction timelines.
Lacey said she chose Vintage Park because the neighborhood was missing a dedicated Pilates option. “I live close to Vintage Park, and I love Pilates, lately, I’ve been having to drive to The Woodlands, which has made me very inconsistent with my routine. My husband and I spend a lot of time in Vintage Park: the spa, restaurants, so I just knew this community needed Pilates,” she told What Now Houston.…
