Taco Bell Franchisee Converting Empty Drive-Thru

A new Taco Bell project is being planned for an existing restaurant property at 3828 Hamner Ave. in Eastvale, with construction documents revealing a tenant improvement project. The building, which has previously housed F&B operations and already has a drive-thru lane, will be transformed to make way for the QSR chain.

Leasing documents show the restaurant will span approximately 2,743 square feet and have a total occupant load of 96 people. The provided plans break the space into approximately 1,083 square feet of dining area, 96 square feet of ordering space, 59 square feet of dry storage, 799 square feet of kitchen area, and 476 square feet for the restrooms.

The scope of the work needed includes new dining-room wall finishes, furniture and fixtures, minor back-of-house equipment adjustments, new drive-thru equipment, and new signage. A construction start date and bid/site-walk date are still listed as to be determined…
