FULLERTON, Calif. (KCAL/KCBS) – A California man is facing charges after his son was injured while riding a modified e-motorcycle.
A dash camera recorded the moment the 12-year-old Yorba Linda boy ran a red light on an e-motorcycle and collided with a car.
The child went airborne and slammed onto the cement, fracturing his skull and breaking his leg.
