LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) – Family and friends of Jordan Morgan gathered Friday evening on what would have been her 37th birthday to celebrate the opening of a new consignment shop named in her honor.
Morgan was shot and killed in the Lexington home of her father, former lawmaker Wesley Morgan, in February 2022. She was a 32-year-old attorney at the time.
Shannon Gilday was sentenced earlier this month in connection to her death. A jury found him guilty but mentally ill.
