TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – The One SeaGate building, an iconic feature of Toledo’s skyline, has been sold to a new buyer, according to real estate firm Reichle Klein Group (RKG).
The 32-story, 653,421-square-foot office tower is located along the Maumee River in downtown Toledo and has been part of the city’s business community since its completion in the early 1980s. It was the headquarters of Owens-Illinois until 2006.
RKG did not say who bought the building, but a spokesperson for the firm told 13 Action News the buyers are local investors…
