CRANSTON, R.I. (WJAR) — I-95 northbound was shut down for approximately 40 minutes early Saturday morning after a multi-vehicle crash stemming from a deer standing in the highway, according to Rhode Island State Police.
At around 3:54, according to the RISP, a vehicle driving near the Route 10 exit swerved out of the way of the deer, hitting the highway’s low speed barrier and rolling over into the second lane of the highway.
