A 68-year-old Linda Vista man with memory impairment has been missing since yesterday, and San Diego police are urging anyone with information to come forward before the search stretches into another day. Peter Guardiano was last seen around 10 AM in the area of 2200 Flushing Drive, according to a critical missing person notice, and officers consider him at-risk because of his cognitive condition.

In a Facebook post, the San Diego Police Department described Guardiano as a Filipino man standing 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighing 140 pounds, with gray hair and brown eyes.
