HONOLULU (KHON2) — The Honolulu Police Department located and arrested an escapee in the Pearlridge area.
Officials said on Aug. 28, 46-year-old Jonalee Popa was released on a work furlough pass on Friday and was scheduled to return by 7 p.m.
He did not return and was declared an escapee around 7:30 p.m. The state agencies are leading the investigation…
