Corporate headquarters moving from West Chester to $350M Montgomery Quarter development

MONTGOMERY, Ohio (WKRC) – ClarkDietrich plans to move its corporate headquarters from West Chester to Montgomery, bringing about 80 employees to the $350 million Montgomery Quarter development.

The North American manufacturer of cold-formed steel framing expects to move into its new headquarters in fall 2027, according to a news release from Neyer Properties and ClarkDietrich.
