BELOIT, Wis. — A passenger was hospitalized after a crash shortly before 12:30 a.m. Friday, Beloit police said.
An initial investigation found that a vehicle failed to stop at the stop sign at Cleveland and Jackson streets before it was hit by another vehicle.
