ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) -Residents, along with the Missouri Workers’ Center and the Missouri Coalition for the Environment, have filed a lawsuit against a proposed data center in Midtown.
The lawsuit filed on Friday names the city of St. Louis, members of the city’s Board of Adjustment and David Lambiaso, who filed to redevelop a site near the Armory into a data center.
Court documents claim the Board of Adjustment denied appeals filed against the data center and would grant Lambiaso a conditional use permit (CUP). In doing so, the lawsuit says the board “erred in deciding to deny the appeals and grant Lambiaso a CUP, and acted arbitrarily, capriciously, and contrary to law.”…
