SHREVEPORT, La. — Downtown Shreveport officials are working to attract new businesses and development as dozens of properties remain available throughout the district.
The Downtown Development Authority lists nearly 40 real estate opportunities on its website, including about 30 properties and lots for sale and six available for lease.
