A woman was driving a pickup truck east on Oak Ridge Highway, then started turning left onto Harrell Road, while Gann was driving west in a Jeep Wrangler, according to the report. The woman failed to yield and crossed the double yellow line, the report said.
The vehicles collided. Gann tried to correct, but his vehicle rolled over around 5 or 6 times while the woman’s pickup truck came to a controlled final rest in a nearby parking lot. She was uninjured.
