SOUTH WILLIAMSPORT, PA(WBRE/WYOU)— While the calendar may say there is still three weeks remaining, for those in Central Pennsylvania the end of the summer solstice can be always marked by the last pitch thrown at Lamade Stadium.
“It’s crazy, it’s like unreal. Who thought that we would’ve make it this far. We definitely were like the underdogs of the whole tournament. Everything is just so exciting, and I’m pumped,” said Mountain Region outfielder Carsynn Meyer.
