CINCINNATI (Cincinnati Business Courier) – Loveland-based Schnicke Development Group plans to bring 150 build-to-rent townhomes to Batavia Township in a first-of-its-kind project for the company.
The community will be called Townes of Thirty Two, and the homes will be constructed by national homebuilder D.R. Horton.
The community will be located on 29 acres. The project will be Schnicke Development Group’s first build-to-rent development in Clermont County. The firm said they’re responding to demand for more professionally managed rental housing in the area.
