SAN DIEGO (FOX 5/KUSI) — A water main break in a Valley Center neighborhood created a sinkhole Sunday afternoon, affecting several homes in the area.
Valley Center Municipal Water District Director of Operations Brian Lovelady said in an email to FOX 5/KUSI Sunday evening that a water main break happened around 4:40 p.m. on Turtle Rock Road.
