LA MESA, Calif. (FOX 5/KUSI) — A Silver Alert has been issued for a 62-year-old man with dementia who police say wandered away from his La Mesa home Saturday morning.
According to the La Mesa Police Department, Harold Rose was last seen around 9 a.m. at his home in the 5600 block of Amaya Drive.
Rose is described as a Black man who stand 6 feet tall and weighs around 235 pounds. He has short black hair…
