Menomonee Falls, Wis. – Kohl’s has created a new position overseeing the omnichannel customer experience and is onboarding a new chief operating officer next week.
Arianne Parishi, who has served a chief digital officer since 2025, has been promoted to chief customer officer. She will focus on strengthening the full customer lifecycle and modernizing the omnichannel experience. She will work across marketing, brand and creative, loyalty, personalization, media, and digital commerce.
Prior to joining Kohl’s in 2025, Parisi served as global chief digital officer at JD Sports Fashion, a global omnichannel retailer of sports fashion and outdoor brands. Parisi also held progressive digital leadership roles at The Finish Line and Nordstrom, as well as merchandising roles at The Sports Authority.
