A Tempe Union security officer arrested Aug. 22 for downloading security camera footage of Corona del Sol High School girls changing in a temporary locker room told police he viewed the footage for his gratification.
Tempe Police said in the probable cause affidavit that supported their arrest of Antony Kikai-Edi Cruz, 28, that he graphically detailed watching footage of semi-naked girls ages 13-15 as many as 50 times.
