LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — A man accused of exposing himself twice at a TJ Maxx in Hikes Point turned himself in to police.
Louisville Metro Police said an arrest warrant was issued for Todd Rayhill on charges of first- and second-degree indecent exposure. That warrant was then changed to a criminal summons, and Rayhill turned himself in, police said Monday.
