San Francisco resident Casey Flynn Melia, 36, was identified as one of two people who died while canoeing in Tomales Bay on Sunday.
Melia and a companion, who was not immediately identified by officials on Monday, were found dead Sunday afternoon near White Gulch Beach in Marin County, after they left a campsite on Tomales Bay in a canoe around midnight on Saturday to view bioluminescence, authorities said.
