The Drug Enforcement Administration New Orleans Division is warning the Northshore about a potent drug found during investigations.
“So, during our investigations, we typically gather drugs from the scene, and then we send those drugs off to the DA lab,” Assistant Special Agent in Charge Paul Seale said. “When we did that, we noticed that some of the lab reports are coming back with nitazenes, which we all know is 500 times more potent than heroin.”
