LIVINGSTON — Livingston Parish deputies arrested a 36-year-old man from San Antonio, Texas, in connection with more than $100,000 in stolen merchandise at multiple Ulta Beauty locations, the sheriff’s office said Friday.
Livingston Parish Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to the Ulta Beauty in Juban Crossing on Aug. 26 for a theft complaint. Through their investigation, detectives identified Julio Manuel Flores Martinez as a suspect.
