CLAY, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) — Deputies arrested a man in Clay after he allegedly fired a bullet into his neighbor’s ceiling Sunday night, Sept. 6.
Around 10 p.m., deputies went out to 10 Grampian Rd., an apartment building in the town of Clay, after someone called and reported shots being fired, said a statement from the Onondaga County Sheriff’s Office.
The caller said they heard a shot and then found a hole in their ceiling with a bullet in the wall, deputies said. No one on site was injured…
