SHREVEPORT, La. (KTAL/KMSS) – Area first responders got some much-needed financial assistance through a grant from Calumet. A special ceremony was held on Monday where grants were awarded to six agencies throughout northwest Louisiana. The grants were requested to cover items that are not covered by the agencies’ operating budgets.
