AIKEN, S.C. (WRDW/WAGT) – Deputies arrested a man this week in Aiken County and seized two of his horses. They allege the animals didn’t have proper shelter or access to food and water.
While that investigation continues, the horses are being cared for by Equine Rescue of Aiken. The organization cannot speak on the specific case, but says situations like this happen more often than people may think.
