PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) – Portland police released the identity of the man shot and killed in the Parkrose neighborhood on Tuesday.
Arturo Armas Jr., 30, was shot in a parking lot near Northeast Airport Way and Glenn Widing Drive, according to the Portland Police Bureau.
Officers responded to the area around 9:17 p.m. and found two adult male victims had been shot. Armas was pronounced dead at the scene
