A Tamarac woman is accused of exploiting a senior and misappropriating approximately $345,000 in assets, including proceeds from selling his Pompano Beach home without his permission.
According to a Broward County Sheriff’s Office arrest report, Joy Yvette Holder, 56, was arrested September 17 on charges of exploitation of an elderly person involving $100,000 or more and criminal intent to solicit or conspire.
