POOLER, Ga. (WTOC) – The City of Pooler says more studying is needed before moving forward with a major multi-use development site known as The District.
The 116-acre project calls for a walkable area that includes apartments, hotels, restaurants and retail along Pooler Parkway and Pine Barren Road.
