KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Part of Interstate 29 in the Northland was closed early Tuesday morning after a tractor-trailer crashed, leaving Pepsi spilled across the roadway.
According to the Kansas City Police Department (KCPD) and KC Scout cameras, just before 2 a.m., some of the northbound lanes of I-29 near the Northwest Barry Road exit were closed due to a crash.
