Commas will host a grand reopening celebration this weekend, a year after its debut in downtown Silver Spring.
The 13,000-square-foot food hall, which opened in the former F21 Red space inside the Ellsworth Place mall on Colesville Road last September, will debut two new vendors and welcome back two fan favorites on Saturday, general manager Yecenia Marroquin told the Source by email on Wednesday afternoon.
The new vendors include Kellem Coffee and Nips Juice House, the latter of which closed its Cameron Street location last month and will open its stall as soon as permitting allows; returning vendors include Tokoa Cheesesteaks and Tato’s, which had been temporarily closed since June while vendor agreements were being finalized under the new mall ownership…
