Kim Kardashian’s shapewear empire could be setting up shop in Roseville. A building permit application filed for 1151 Galleria Blvd., Suite 128, suggests Skims could open its first Sacramento-area store inside Westfield Galleria at Roseville, though no opening date has surfaced yet.

The filing was first reported by whatnow.com, which notes the permit application points to the suite number inside the mall as the proposed location. Skims is the shapewear and clothing brand founded by Kim Kardashian, and the Culver City-based company now operates more than 100 stores worldwide, selling shapewear, undergarments and clothing for both women and men. If the Roseville location materializes, it would mark Skims’ closest brick-and-mortar footprint to the capital region, since the brand’s nearest existing store to the Sacramento area currently sits in the Bay Area.

A Galleria Betting on New Names

The potential Skims arrival comes as Westfield Galleria at Roseville works to reshape its retail mix. The mall has drawn a string of new tenants in 2026, part of a broader push to reposition the property with entertainment and lifestyle brands rather than relying solely on traditional apparel retail, according to the same report.
