COLUMBUS, Ga. (WRBL) — A family gathered in Flat Rock Park on Saturday to celebrate what would have been the 41st birthday of Tiffany Foster Starks.
Starks went missing in March of 2021, and her body has still not been found.
Her ex-fiancé, Reginald Robertson, was charged with her death and disappearance in 2023. He was sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole.
Starks’ family said her life ended too early due to domestic violence, but they want to turn her story into a source of strength for others…
