There’s nothing radical about Mike Moradian’s platform as he campaigns against Janice Keating for a seat on the Modesto Irrigation District’s (MID) Board of Directors. He’s a common sense candidate who has built two successful local businesses and wants to bring stability and fundamental accounting practices to MID.
“Janice Keating ran on promises to control expenses,” said Moradian last week, “instead, she’s become a cost.”
Moradian was doubtless referring to costs incurred from Keating’s specious lawsuit against MID and Director Robert Frobose and an abuse of staff case that required an outside investigator to review and document. More recently, MID spent even more money on yet another of Keating’s fake grievances…
