A former landscaping worker will not be prosecuted in an equipment theft case in The Villages as the evidence has been declared legally insufficient.
Ryan John Kelly, 28, a native of Massachusetts who lives at the Sundance Trails apartment complex in Wildwood, will not be prosecuted on charges of grand theft and burglary of an unoccupied structure, according to an announcement this past week by the prosecutor’s office.
