CADDO PARISH, La. (KTAL/KMSS) – A Greenwood man has pleaded guilty in Caddo District Court to molesting a juvenile under the age of 13. Robert E. Todd, 54, was asked by a mother to watch her sleeping children while she ran an errand when home surveillance video captured Todd molesting one of the children.
